Orca Pod Academy began with a simple refusal: that a child's formation should never be subordinated to institutional convenience. We built the school intentional families were asking for.

A School That Sees Each Child

Orca Pod was founded because the families we knew were choosing between rigor and wellbeing — as if those were opposites. They are not. We built a model where mastery-based progression and emotional groundedness reinforce each other.

A microschool works because every child gets seen at the level of their actual thinking — not their grade, not their cohort average. What gets seen gets shaped. That is the whole model.

Curiosity without structure is noise. Structure without curiosity is compliance.
